A live call widget is a code snippet in Javascript that allows you to add a click to call button to your website connected to Toky. When a visitor clicks on the button a new voice call is established with your call center and the customer doesn't have to install anything. Unlike the other click-to-call alternatives, a live call doesn't require the visitor to leave a phone number and wait for a callback, since clicking the button will create the connection with your business agents from the visitor's browser using VoIP technology.
